Carsen's Spring soccer

Carsen didnt like soccer a couple of years ago when I first signed him up, and even though I signed him up again this year, he still didn't want to play but I made him. ( I am mean I know..) And do you know what? He loved it! I was so glad. He did really well too and wasnt so scared of the ball. Sawyer and Drew loved to watch him play and it was so funny when the games would get over and Sawyer would run over to Carsen and pat him on the back and tell him "you did good Cars!!!" GO WILDCATS!!!!

I dont want that!!!

So the other day as I was getting ready for lunch, I asked Sawyer if he wanted some Chicken Noodle soup. That is one of the few things he will eat. He said "yes" and then proceeded to tell me how he was a "good cooker" and wanted to help me make lunch. So we got out the can of soup and he looked at the can and said, "Mom!!! I dont want to eat THAT!!!" " It's POOP!!"
"What??!! It is not poop, it is Chicken Noodle soup." I said. But once I looked at the can I understood....

Is that supposed to be a big hunk of Chicken on the front of the can? Cuz to 3 year olds it looks like poop.

Go figure!!!
And the story ends on a good note.. He ate his "poop" soup.
Oh Sawyer!!!!

My boys need haircuts... Major haircuts!

Here is just one example of how shaggy the hair has gotton. Sawyers and Drews are just as bad.
I need to snap some pics of them too.
I will do before and after's when the haircuts happen. I am sure there will be tears

Oh I was scared to do this but I have done it. And I love it. Addie did SUCH a great job. She is so talented. I highly recommend her. I have been wanting to cut my hair for some time now for two reasons; #1 I wanted to donate it to Locks of Love ( which is an awesome charity) you can learn more about it here and #2 I really needed a change.

I really do like it and my hair is hard because it is so stinking thick so Addie had to thin it out ALOT!!! I think this will be fun. Thanks Addie!!!!Your the best!!

We really dont need to get a Wii...

I was uploading some pics and came across this little video I took a little while back while we were out to my Parents house. They have a Wii and carsen and Sawyer love to box. I just think.. we really dont need a Wii, They play in enough when they are at Grandpa and Grandmas and look how competitive they are already. Sheesh!!
Notice the "too little" Pokemon costume on Carsen and the underwear and shoes get-up Sawyer is sporting! Gosh.. "Where is your mother!!!???"

I am going to do it...

I am pretty sure I am going to do it. But I need some opinions. This is a super scary thing for me. I am going to cut off my hair. AHHHH! I havn't had a short do in over 8 years! But I think it is time for a change. I am thinking something like this.(The Kristin look) A layered cut that is still long enough to pull back if need to. But I am scared. I mean, if it looks aweful I cant just have my old hair back. That is scary. So any hairdresser out there or anyone else with an opinion on the matter what do you think? I have a long face (which I have read not to have long hair if you have a long face cuz it makes it look even longer. Can you say horse face?) and my hair is uber thick. Nick tells me he likes my hair but agrees it is time for a change. Oh what to do???

The trip to Vegas..

Here is a little glimpse of our trip to Vegas. It was alot of fun. Here is Kyle Buesh winning the race. ( I was hoping for Jr. to win)

O.k. so some of these pics are posted on my photoblog too.. just to let you know...

But this was our little trip-a-roo to Vegas. It was nice. The wind was blowing but other than that is was great. We were all decked out in Dale Jr gear and pumped.  There was 3 races. Friday was qualifing, Saturday was the race and Sunday was the race. Sunday was the BIG race. It was awesome weather on Sunday. Loved it.
